Roots & Shoots is a small family-run tree surgery business based in the heart of the Perigord Noir region of the Dordogne.
Having moved here from Scotland in 2016, we have spent the past 7 years building up a professional and friendly tree service. I am now joined on site most days by my friend Paul Slater. And rounding out the team is Rusty the border terrier.
I can't begin to express how brilliant Finn was! We have a difficult plot on a steep slope and have been trying to get someone to take down a very large larch tree for several years with no success. From the very get go, Finn was completely unfazed by the task and had the tee down in a morning. He is clearly very experienced and equipped with all the tools for the job. Can't recommend them enough :-)
